About the Product

Neutrogena T/Gel Therapeutic Shampoo Original Formula – 250 mL is a medicated scalp shampoo formulated with 2% Neutar® solubilized coal tar extract, equivalent to 0.5% coal tar. It is designed to provide long-lasting relief from itching, flaking, dandruff, seborrhoeic dermatitis, and scalp psoriasis. 

The formula helps slow excessive scalp-cell buildup and can continue working for hours after the shampoo has been rinsed out.

How to Use

1. Wet the hair and scalp thoroughly.
2. Apply a generous amount of shampoo to the scalp.
3. Massage gently until a good lather forms.
4. Leave the lather on the scalp for a few minutes.
5. Rinse thoroughly.
6. Repeat if directed on the product packaging.
7. For best results, use at least twice a week or as directed by a doctor. 

Important Precautions

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and avoid applying to broken or severely irritated skin. Coal tar products may increase sensitivity to sunlight, so protect treated areas from excessive sun exposure. If symptoms worsen or do not improve with regular use, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
